When clients put the bat signal up, Stephan’s already out of the cave and to the rescue—fully equipped with his imaginative solutions and the “best damn team in the world” at his side. While our very own in-house superhero has the occasional hand holding and bottle feeding to take care of, he’s always ready to reach higher, dream bigger and launch impeccable sites that truly make a difference for our valued clients.

Stephan adapts a “don’t sweat the small stuff” attitude. The only obstacle is that his attentive nature and drive lend to an “it’s all small stuff” mentality... which is exactly why Rise continues to succeed. As Agency Director and caped crusader, his gears are ALWAYS turning. A moment doesn’t go by that Stephan isn’t conjuring up ways to make Rise better. We’re often afraid of what might actually happen if he stopped fighting bad design for an extended period of time... perhaps he’d find something terribly unimportant to do like varnish furniture, memorize every U2 song ever written... paint his boxer, Lexi...
