As we were already experienced in creating real estate websites, our goal with Fannie was to break the mold in building a space that felt large yet elegant. As Fannie Hillman is such a well respected agency in the area, it seemed only logical that she have a web-presence comparable to her reputation... and Rise was just the team to construct it.

• We built the main feature to be bold and inspiring yet communicative of how involved a real estate company is in educating.
• The imagery is bigger than life and depends greatly on it's backdrops ironically tapping into Fannie's target audience: people who want to buy large/ rustic / winter park homes.
• We incorporated their previous reality listing system into our aesthetic and made appropriate changes where needed.
• Lastly, an interactive piece on the front end that cycles... by the way, this was revolutionary for the real estate industry.

The result is an informative, innovative and engaging presence where visitors can learn all things Fannie and be one giant step closer to the home of their dreams.
