When seas are rough for vessel owners, MUINS (Marine Underwriter Insurance) is there to hold the helm and keep them sailing worry free. MUINS specializes in risk analysis and placing insurance coverage on ocean-going watercraft such as tugs, barges, fishing vessels, charter/sightseeing vessels, freighters and research vessels, and more. While their customer service and offerings were stellar, their site left much to be desired. They came to us looking for an updated look/feel, streamlined yet powerful copy, and a way to accept online payments from invoiced customers.

• We relied heavily on photography to help re-enforce the company's credibility and connection with its target audience.
• Wireframe and programming went into an administration interface that allows for the tracking of client payments.

With a newly fitted site and operating system for billing, an administrator user from MUINS can easily see what's been paid and when. All variables now work seamlessly into the company's brand and standard invoicing process.
